RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for credit. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered in their original condition with the hangtags intact along with a copy of the original invoice/receipt.

You will be refunded for your purchase in the original form of payment.

In the case of a return, customer is responsible for shipping cost.  In the case of an exchange, customer is responsible for shipping the to-be exchanged item, and Corneau et Filles will be responsible for the standard ground shipping cost of the newly exchanged item.  With the exchange package, please include what color and size you would like to be sent. Each order limited to one exchange. Shipping costs are not refunded. Please e-mail hcorneaucohen@gmail.com for return authorization.
